My name is Deborah (Debi) Unser and I have been in the real estate business for over 40 years. I began as a REALTOR in the 1980's and then I became a Real Estate Loan Officer for Bank of the Sierra during the 1990's. I followed this by obtaining a General Contractors License with my partner, and now husband, Bryan Cahill, in 1997. I obtained a real estate broker's license in 2013 and purchased Mountain Real Estate from my father-in-law. Continuing my education, I earned a Master's Degree from Chapman University July of 2013. In December of 2013, I became certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.
I have been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for many of my 22 years in business. I have served for ten years as a board member for the John M. Nelson Conservancy which purchases and maintains properties for the benefit of the community I live in. I am a graduate of the Leadership Lindsay program. I volunteer my services to local softball teams as a statistician, enjoy working with youth, and learning something new every day.
My family has lived in Tulare County since the 1800's. I raised my children in Lindsay and Porterville and now I am enjoying my grandchildren’s growth in Exeter and Visalia. I am very familiar with the real estate market, and its many unique attributes. I love helping people find the property they envision and making new friends. I hope you will allow me to help you navigate the ever-changing contract aspects of the real estate market in California.
